After receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, where she was a member of the honors college and attended on a Presidential Scholarship, Dr. Pfitzer graduated with honors from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. She completed a surgical residency at Northridge Hospital in Van Nuys, California, and has studied both the general practices of medicine and surgery.
Her interests include biomechanics, sports medicine, and pediatrics, and she has extensive training in diagnosis, management, and surgical treatment of both chronic and acute issues.
In addition to her practice, Dr. Pfitzer currently trains podiatry students from Midwestern University in Glendale, California. She lives locally with her husband and two daughters.
